Grilled tuna steak sandwiches
16 oz, steaks, 4 ounces each, 1/2 inch thick
¾ tsp, Old Bay
Reduced calorie mayonnaise
Plain fat free Greek yogurt
1 Tbsp, chives or mint, chopped
1½ tsp, grated
Fresh lemon juice
Whole wheat sandwich thin(s)
4 item(s), split and toasted
2 cup(s), baby variety, loosely packed
1 medium, sliced
Uncooked red onion(s)
4 slice(s), thick
- Spray ridged grill pan with nonstick spray and set over medium heat until hot.
- Sprinkle tuna all over with Old Bay seasoning. Place in grill pan and cook, turning once, 2–3 minutes for medium .
- Meanwhile, stir together mayonnaise, yogurt, dill, and lemon zest and juice in small bowl.
- Spread bottoms of rolls with mayonnaise mixture. Top each roll with tuna steak and one-fourth of greens, tomato, and onion. Cover with tops of rolls.
- Per serving: 1 sandwich
