Grill a quick dinner that your whole family will love. Pizzas on the grill makes a delicious––and fast––weeknight treat that the whole family can help to make. Depending on your mood, you can make these pizzas with almost any variety of chicken sausage. Try spinach and feta, basil and roasted garlic, Italian-style, or Cajun andouille. Yellow bell peppers and red onions mix perfectly with the sausage. Use a cookie sheet or cutting board to easily transfer the tortilla pizzas from the grill to the plate. Store a package of tortillas in the freezer to have on-hand for a quick, last-minute pizza fix.
