Lily's Dark chocolate style baking chips

3 Tbsp

Graham crackers

Fat free cottage cheese

½ cup(s)

Ryse Loaded Protein Jet Puffed Marshmallow Protein Drink Mix

1 scoop(s), or vanilla flavor

Monk fruit sweetener with erythritol

3 Tbsp

Plain low fat Greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. Line a loaf pan with parchment. Heat the chocolate in the microwave 30 seconds, until melted. Cool slightly.
  2. Spread melted chocolate on 1 side of 3 graham cracker squares. Place graham crackers, chocolate sides up, on the bottom of lined pan in single layer.
  3. In a small food processor, puree cottage cheese, monk fruit, and protein powder until smooth. Pulse in the yogurt.
  4. Spread over the graham crackers in the pan. Place remaining 3 graham cracker squares on top. Pull sides of parchment to smooth out the sides of the sandwiches.
  5. Freeze until set, about 4 hours. Cut into 3 sandwiches.
  6. Serving = 1 sandwich
