- Spray small skillet with nonstick spray and set over medium heat. Add bacon and cook, turning once, until well browned, about 2 minutes.
- Spread harissa on one slice of bread. Top with chicken and drizzle chicken with lemon juice. Sprinkle with pepper. Top with lettuce, bacon, and tomato. Cover with remaining bread slice and cut sandwich in half.
