Cajun seasoning

10" high fiber, low carb flour tortilla

Uncooked boneless skinless chicken breast

¾ pound(s), cut into strips

Table salt

¼ tsp, or to taste

Black pepper

Fat free mayonnaise

Fresh lemon juice

1½ tsp, for dressing

Red onion

½ small, thinly sliced

Fresh mixed greens

8 leaf/leaves, leaves

Cajun seasoning

1 tsp, for sprinkling on wrap


  1. In a small, shallow bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of Cajun seasoning, flour, and paprika. Season both sides of chicken with salt and pepper; dredge in seasoning mixture and turn to coat.
  2. Coat a large, nonstick pan with cooking spray and set over medium-high heat. Add chicken to pan and sauté until cooked through, about 1 to 2 minutes per side; remove from pan and set aside.
  3. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice and remaining 1/2 teaspoon of Cajun seasoning; spread 1 teaspoon of mayonnaise mixture over each tortilla. Layer each with 1/4 of onion, greens, basil and chicken; sprinkle with fresh lemon juice, roll up and serve. Yields 1 wrap per serving.
