- Stir together yogurt and chia seeds in small bowl. Let stand 5 minutes.
- Spoon ¼ cup yogurt mixture into each of 2 glasses. Layer each with half of mango, another ¼ cup of yogurt mixture, and half of sliced strawberries. Drizzle evenly with maple syrup. Sprinkle evenly with granola and garnish each with a whole strawberry. Recipe may be doubled.
