BLT salad with green goddess dressing

2 medium, heirloom or beefsteak variety, cut into thin wedges
cooked turkey bacon
4 slice(s), extra crispy, crumbled
uncooked red onion(s)
½ small, finely diced
- To make dressing, combine avocado, mayonnaise, buttermilk, lemon juice, parsley, tarragon, anchovy paste, and salt in blender and puree.
- Core lettuce and cut into 4 equal wedges. Place 1 wedge on each of 4 plates. Top evenly with tomatoes and drizzle with dressing. Sprinkle evenly with bacon and onion.
- Serving size: 1 salad with 1/4 cup dressing
