- Crumble bacon into a medium bowl. Add cream cheese, onion, maple syrup, and chili powder to taste; mix well.
- Toast bread slices and then spread cream cheese mixture evenly on 4 slices. Top the other 4 slices of toast with a lettuce leaf and 2 slices tomato.
