Kombucha (fizzy fermented tea) works well in lighter mocktails (and cocktails!) because of its lower sugar content. It comes in lots of flavors, too, which allows you to play around with different combos. Other tasty fresh herb and fruit pairings include pineapple-mint and citrus-rosemary.

Sparkling water

Kombucha

Granny Smith apple

Fresh basil

Instructions

Stir together all ingredients in a pitcher. Chill for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Serve over ice.
