Ingredients
Shallot
½ cup(s), chopped, finely
Balsamic vinegar
½ cup(s)
Water
6 Tbsp, warm
Dijon mustard
8 tsp
Extra virgin olive oil
8 tsp
Kosher salt
1½ tsp
Black pepper
½ tsp
Xanthan gum
⅛ tsp, or add enough to desired consistency (optional)
