A secret spicy sauce dresses up—and lends amazing flavor—to pre-made, frozen chicken burger patties. We call for sandwich thins to not only save calories, but also to highlight the flavor of the burger, sauce, and fresh vegetable toppers. Serve your chicken burgers topped with lettuce and tomato (and cold pasta salad or a green salad alongside) at your next cookout and prepare for rave reviews. If you have any leftover sauce, be sure not to throw it out, as it'll keep in the fridge for a few days. It makes for a great sandwich spread, or even simply on top of grilled hamburgers or grilled portobello mushroom caps.
