Spinach-Couscous Pie

Preheat broiler. Combine couscous, cheeses, egg substitute, spinach, chili powder and salsa in a microwave-safe bowl. Season to taste and microwave until cheese melts. Coat green snap beans and peppers with oil and seasoning. Broil until browned and serve with couscous pie.
