Roasted Cauliflower with Parmesan Cheese

grated Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp, chopped
Preheat toaster oven (or regular oven) to 450°F. Place cauliflower on a foil-lined baking sheet or casserole dish; lightly coat with cooking spray and then toss with cheese, salt and pepper. Cook until lightly browned in spots and tender, stirring once or twice, about 15 to 20 minutes; garnish with parsley.
