Peach Salsa with Warm Chicken Salad

Heat 1 tsp of oil in nonstick pan. Sauté onion and peppers until tender. Place chicken, onion, and pepper in pan and season to taste. Saute until heated. Pour mixture into a bowl with greens and carrots. Add the rest of canola oil and balsamic vinegar. Toss with crumbled cheese. Serve with salsa on the side.
