Grilled Sirloin Steak with Orange & Fennel Salad

Cut peel off orange; segment orange over a bowl to catch juice. Squeeze juice from membrane into bowl; discard membrane. Add remaining ingredients, except steak, to bowl; toss to coat. Season steak with salt and black pepper to taste. Coat stove-top grill pan with cooking spray; heat over high heat. Add steak and cook, turning once until desired doneness, about 2 minutes per side for medium rare; slice and serve with salad.
