Notes

Spread one half of hamburger bun with mustard; layer with ham, cheese and pickles. Top with bun top and press down firmly with another plate to press down on sandwich. Heat in a griddle, toaster oven or microwave until warmed through and cheese is melted. Press down again after heating to fully flatten sandwich; cut in half and serve.
