How to Prepare
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Heat oil in a non-stick skillet. Sauté garlic, peppers and carrots until tender. Add tempeh and sauté for 5 minutes. Add soy sauce and sesame seeds. Remove from skillet and bake in covered casserole dish for 15 minutes. Serve with rice.
