WW Reduced Fat Grated Mature Cheese
2 tablespoons, level
Dried Mixed Herbs
- Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6. Mist a small nonstick frying pan with cooking spray and put over a medium heat. Fry the Quorn pieces for 5-6 minutes, turning regularly, until golden all over. Remove from the heat and set aside.
- Put the tortilla on a baking sheet. Spread over the tomato purée and top with the tomato and cooked Quorn. Scatter over the cheese, chilli flakes and mixed herbs. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the tortilla base is crisp, then serve garnished with the basil .
