Tinned Tomatoes

Light Brown Sugar

1 tablespoons, (Use dark brown sugar)

Ground Cumin

½ teaspoons, level

Coriander seeds

½ teaspoons, ground

Chicken Thigh, Skinless, Boneless, raw

900 g

Salt

2 teaspoons

Low Fat Natural Yogurt

230 g

Coriander, fresh

15 g, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients, except yogurt and coriander, in a slow cooker. Cook on high for 3 to 4 hours or low for 6 to 8 hours. Stir in the yogurt and coriander before serving.
