Fill up the cookie jar with these easy, gluten free biscuits, ready in less than half an hour.

Ingredients

Banana(s)

4 medium, ripe, mashed

Porridge oats

125 g

Raisins

75 g

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180c/160c fan/gas mark 4 and line two baking sheets with baking paper. Put the bananas in a large bowl and stir in the oats and raisins until well combined.
  2. Spoon onto lined baking sheets. You should have 18 in total. Bake for 12-15 mins or until cooked through. Allow to cool on a wire rack, the serve.
  3. TIP: Want to spice them up? Add ground ginger or cinnamon for flavour without the added SP.
