Sweetcorn salsa with tortilla chips

Sweetcorn, canned, drained
150 g, frozen, thawed
Chilli, Green or Red
1 individual, finely diced
2 tablespoons, chopped
1 small, finely diced
Lime Juice, Fresh
1 teaspoons, level
- Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6, and line a large baking tray with baking paper. Mist the wraps with cooking spray, cut into triangles and arrange in a single layer on the prepared baking tray. Bake for 6-8 minutes, or until crisp and golden.
- Meanwhile, combine the thawed frozen sweetcorn, red chilli, chopped coriander and red onion in a small bowl.
- Whisk the honey with the lime juice until combined, then drizzle over the sweetcorn mixture and toss to coat. Season to taste and serve with the tortilla chips.
