2 cube(s), vegetable, make up to 1440ml with hot water
100 g, savoy, shredded
2 teaspoon(s), level
1 teaspoon(s), level, finely chopped
2 medium, cubed
- Mist a medium sized pot with cooking spray and heat over a medium-low. Add the carrot, pepper, onion, and garlic and cook for 5 - 10 minutes, until softened, stirring occasionally.
- Add the stock, cabbage, tomato puree, basil, oregano, and season. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for about 15 minutes. Stir in the spinach and courgette and cook for 3-4 minutes, until tender.
