Herby potato wedges

- Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6. Pierce the potatoes with a sharp knife, then put on a microwave-safe plate and microwave on high for 8 minutes until they are just starting to feel tender.
- When cool enough to handle, cut into wedges and put on a large nonstick baking sheet. Mist with cooking spray and season with pepper and garlic salt, then roast for 10 minutes. Add the rosemary sprigs and roast for another 10 minutes until golden.
- Serve warm with your choice of dip.
