Ingredients
Root Ginger
1 inch slice(s), peeled and finely grated
Garlic
3 clove(s), finely chopped
Amoy Light Soy Sauce
3 tablespoon(s)
Honey
1 tablespoon(s), level
Sesame Oil
1 teaspoon(s)
Blue Dragon Wholewheat Noodles
4 serving(s)
Pak Choi
2 portion(s), sliced lengthways
Spring Onions
3 medium, finely sliced
Chilli, green or red
1 individual, red, finely sliced
Sesame Seeds
1 tablespoon(s)
Instructions

Whisk the ginger, garlic, soy sauce, honey and sesame oil with 3 tbsp water until combined.

Bring a pan of water to the boil and cook the noodles to pack instructions, then drain.

Set a large nonstick frying pan or wok over a high heat. Tip in the noodles and toss through the ginger dressing. Cook for 2 minutes, then add the pak choi and spring onions. Cook for a further 2 minutes until piping hot. Sprinkle over the chilli and sesame seeds to serve.
