Sesame & ginger noodles with pak choi
1 inch slice(s), peeled and finely grated
3 clove(s), finely chopped
Amoy Light Soy Sauce
1 tablespoons, level
Blue Dragon Wholewheat Noodle Nests
2 portion(s), sliced lengthways
3 medium, finely sliced
Chilli, Green or Red
1 individual, red, finely sliced
- Whisk the ginger, garlic, soy sauce, honey and sesame oil with 3 tbsp water until combined.
- Bring a pan of water to the boil and cook the noodles to pack instructions, then drain.
- Set a large nonstick frying pan or wok over a high heat. Tip in the noodles and toss through the ginger dressing. Cook for 2 minutes, then add the pak choi and spring onions. Cook for a further 2 minutes until piping hot. Sprinkle over the chilli and sesame seeds to serve.
