King Prawns, Raw

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to pack instructions, reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain.
  2. Meanwhile, mist a large nonstick frying pan with cooking spray and heat over a medium-high heat. Add the lemon halves to the pan, cut side down. Cook for 3 minutes, until seared. Remove the lemon halves from the pan.
  3. Add the spread and oil to the pan, swirling until the butter melts. Add the prawns, scallops, and garlic, sauté for 3 -5 minutes, until the prawns and scallops are cooked through. Stir in the clams and cook for a further 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add the drained pasta to the frying pan, along with the reserved pasta water, lemon zest and juice. Season with salt and pepper and toss well to combine. Remove the pan from the heat and stir though the herbs. Squeeze over the juice from the seared lemons and serve.
