Popping Corn, Uncooked

  1. Mist a medium lidded pan with cooking spray and add popcorn kernels. Cover and cook over a medium heat, shaking the pan occasionally, until the corn starts to pop. Shake constantly until all the corn has stopped popping, then remove from the heat and transfer to a bowl, discarding any unpopped corn.
  2. Mist the popcorn with cooking spray and transfer to a plastic food bag. Combine the cocoa powder, icing sugar and sea salt in a small bowl, then add to the bag, seal and shake well to coat.
  3. Spread the popcorn onto a baking tray and bake for 5 minutes until crisp.
