Ingredients

Banana

1 medium

Porridge oats

40 g

Baking powder

½ teaspoon(s), level

Vanilla Extract

½ teaspoon(s), level

Egg white, raw

2 individual

Smooth Peanut Butter

1 teaspoon(s)

Raspberries

1 portion(s)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C, fan 160°C, gas mark 4. Cut the banana in half; mash one half with a fork and slice the other half into thin rounds.
  2. Combine the oats, baking powder and mashed banana in a bowl. Stir in the vanilla extract and egg whites.
  3. Pour the mixture into a 12cm ramekin or ovenproof baking dish. Top with the banana slices and bake for 20 minutes or until golden and just firm.
  4. Serve topped with the raspberries and peanut butter.
