Spicy Quorn pieces make a great substitute for chicken in these Mexican-style wraps.

700 g

Red pepper(s)

1 medium, deseeded and sliced

Yellow Pepper

1 medium, deseeded and sliced

Red onion(s)

1 small, sliced


2 teaspoons, level

Ground Cumin

2 teaspoons, level

Chilli Powder

½ teaspoons, level

WW White Wraps

Reduced Fat Soured Cream

4 tablespoons, level

WW Grated Reduced Fat Cheese

1 medium, wedges, to serve


  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6. Mist a wide frying pan with cooking spray, place over a medium heat and add the Quorn pieces. Cook for 5 minutes or until golden, then stir in the vegetables and spices, season to taste and cook for a further 8-10 minutes, or until the vegetables are just softened and lightly golden.
  2. Meanwhile, cover the wraps with foil and heat in the oven for 8 minutes.
  3. Top each wrap with a quarter of the fajita mixture, soured cream and cheese, then roll up and serve with the lime wedges.
