Ingredients

Calorie controlled cooking spray

WW White Wraps

1 individual

Chilli, green or red

1 individual, deseeded and sliced

Baby corn

1 portion(s)

Mange-tout

1 portion(s), medium

Red pepper

½ medium, deseeded and sliced

King Prawns, Raw

125 g

Low Fat Natural Yogurt

1 tablespoon(s)

Sweet Chilli Sauce

2 teaspoon(s)

Instructions

  1. Mist a frying pan with cooking spray and add the wrap. Fry, turning once, for 2-3 minutes or until the wrap is golden and crisp. Slide onto a serving plate.
  2. Mist the pan again with the cooking spray and add the chilli. Fry, stirring for 1 minute then add the sweetcorn, mangetout and pepper.
  3. Stir fry for 3-4 minutes, then add the prawns. Stir fry for a further 2 minutes or until the prawns are cooked through. Arrange the prawns on the wrap, then top with the natural yogurt and sweet chilli sauce to serve.
