Ingredients

Calorie controlled cooking spray

Popping Corn, Uncooked

90 g

Low Fat Spread

50 g

Marshmallows

80 g

Sainsbury's Assorted Toffees

50 g

Waffle cones

8 individual

Dark Chocolate

25 g, melted

Rainbow sprinkles

Instructions

Put a large pan over a low heat, mist with cooking spray and add the popping corn. Cover with a lid and pop the corn for 5-10 minutes, shaking the pan every so often to ensure the corn doesn’t stick. When the corn starts to pop, keep shaking the pan to make sure the unpopped kernels are at the bottom of the pan, closest to the heat. Remove from the heat and set aside to cool.

In another pan set over a low heat, gently melt the low-fat spread, marshmallows and toffees until combined. This should take around 5-10 minutes. Keep stirring, then mix in the popcorn until coated all over.

Spoon the popcorn mixture into the ice cream cones and decorate with the melted chocolate and the sprinkles.
