Pepperoni pizza in a bowl
This low-carb meal gives you your favourite pizza flavours, but without the crust. We cook up turkey breast mince and vegetables, then stir in tomato sauce and grill it under a blanket of mozzarella and pepperoni until melty and crispy.

- Coat a 12-inch nonstick frying pan with cooking spray and heat over a medium-high heat. Add the turkey, then add the courgette, onion, pepper, and garlic powder. Season with the salt. Cook for 8 - 10 minutes, until the turkey is cooked through and the vegetables are softened, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in the tomato pasta sauce and cook 2 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to High. Transfer the turkey mixture to a grill-safe baking dish. Top with the cheese and pepperoni.
- Grill for 1-2 minutes, until the cheese melts and pepperoni slices brown around the edges. Season with chilli flakes and mixed Italian herbs if desired.
