White pasta, dry
50 g
Egg, whole, raw
2 medium, raw
Skimmed Milk
2 tablespoon(s)
Calorie controlled cooking spray
4 spray(s)
Cherry Tomatoes

Light Mozzarella
40 g
Dried Mixed Herbs
1 teaspoon(s)
Salad leaves

Instructions

Cook the pasta in lightly salted boiling water for 8-10 minutes, or according to pack instructions, until tender. Drain well.

Preheat the grill.

Beat the eggs and milk together. Heat a nonstick frying pan and spray with cooking spray. Add the eggs, then tip in the pasta and spread out over the base. Cook over a low heat for 2-3 minutes to set.

Arrange the tomatoes and mozzarella over the surface of the frittata. Sprinkle the herbs on top and season with a little salt and pepper. Grill the surface for 2-3 minutes until the cheese has melted and started to bubble and brown. Serve at once, accompanied by a green salad.
