Pasta, mozzarella & tomato frittata
Make more of an omelette by transforming it into this mouthwatering frittata – it’s delicious!
White pasta, dry
Egg, whole, raw
2 medium, raw

Dried Mixed Herbs
- Cook the pasta in lightly salted boiling water for 8-10 minutes, or according to pack instructions, until tender. Drain well.
- Preheat the grill.
- Beat the eggs and milk together. Heat a nonstick frying pan and spray with cooking spray. Add the eggs, then tip in the pasta and spread out over the base. Cook over a low heat for 2-3 minutes to set.
- Arrange the tomatoes and mozzarella over the surface of the frittata. Sprinkle the herbs on top and season with a little salt and pepper. Grill the surface for 2-3 minutes until the cheese has melted and started to bubble and brown. Serve at once, accompanied by a green salad.
