Ingredients

Reduced fat pork sausages, grilled

4 medium

0% fat natural Greek yogurt

4 pot(s), small

Tahini paste (sesame paste)

4 teaspoon(s)

Cabbage

4 portion(s), medium, shredded

Soft white bread roll

4 medium, Hot dog rolls

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6. Put the sausages on a baking tray and bake for 25 minutes, until they are cooked through.
  2. Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine the yogurt and tahini with the shredded cabbage.
  3. Split the rolls in half and fill with the shredded cabbage mixture. Top with the sausages and serve immediately.

Notes

Instead of oven-baking the sausages, heat a barbecue until the coals are glowing white. Barbecue the sausages for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
