- Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6. Put the sausages on a baking tray and bake for 25 minutes, until they are cooked through.
- Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine the yogurt and tahini with the shredded cabbage.
- Split the rolls in half and fill with the shredded cabbage mixture. Top with the sausages and serve immediately.
Instead of oven-baking the sausages, heat a barbecue until the coals are glowing white. Barbecue the sausages for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
