Reduced fat pork sausages, grilled
4 medium
0% fat natural Greek yogurt
4 serving(s)
Tahini paste (sesame paste)
4 teaspoon(s)
Cabbage
4 portion(s), medium, shredded
Soft white bread roll
4 medium, Hot dog rolls
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6. Put the sausages on a baking tray and bake for 25 minutes, until they are cooked through.

Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine the yogurt and tahini with the shredded cabbage.

Split the rolls in half and fill with the shredded cabbage mixture. Top with the sausages and serve immediately.
