These heavenly little puds are a real treat for chocolate lovers, and also make a brilliant dinner party dessert

Caster Sugar

White Self Raising Flour
80 g
Cocoa Powder
2 tablespoon(s), level
Egg, whole, raw
2 medium, raw, lightly beaten
Skimmed Milk
4 tablespoon(s)
Sunflower Oil
4 teaspoon(s)
White Chocolate
40 g, grated
Instructions

Preheat the over to 190°C, fan 170°C, gas mark mark 5. Mist 4 x 100ml ramekins with the cooking spray to coat.

Put the sugar in a mixing bowl and sift in the flour and cocoa powder. Make a well in the centre, then beat in the eggs, milk and oil to make a smooth batter.

Spoon the batter between the ramekins and bake for 12 minutes, until risen and just firm. Sprinkle over the white chocolate and serve.
