Egg, whole, raw

Egg white(s), raw

Instructions

  1. Place the banana, whole egg and egg whites in a food processor or small smoothie blender. Blitz until smooth.
  2. Heat a nonstick frying pan over a medium heat. Mist with calorie controlled cooking spray. Pour the mixture into the pan to make 3 pancakes. Cook for 20 seconds on each side, until golden, then serve.
