A ready-made light lasagne sauce is a speedy alternative to making your own sauce from scratch in this tasty fish pie

Ingredients

Light creamy lasagne white sauce

1 jar(s), We used Dominos

Fish pie mix

350 g, We used Sainsburys

King Prawns, Raw

150 g, peeled and deveined

Parsley, fresh

3 tablespoon(s), finely chopped

Tarragon, fresh

3 teaspoon(s), chopped

Filo Pastry

3 sheet(s), large, halved

Calorie controlled cooking spray

4 spray(s)

Peas, fresh or frozen

300 g

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C, fan 170°C, gas mark 5. In a large mixing bowl, gently stir together the sauce, fish pie mix, prawns, most of the parsley and the tarragon. Season well and transfer to a 20cm round baking dish.
  2. Crumple the filo pastry sheets and arrange evenly over the fish pie mixture. Mist with cooking spray and bake for 25 minutes until golden and bubbling (cover the dish with foil if the filo starts to brown too much).
  3. Towards the end of the cooking time, bring a small pan of water to the boil and cook the peas for 3-4 minutes until just tender. Serve with the pie, scattered with the remaining parsley.

Notes

You can serve this with any ZeroPoint vegetables you like. Steamed cabbage and leeks go particularly well
