Cooking peaches on a griddle pan caramelises them and brings out the flavour. Serve as a light but satisfying dessert.


Ingredients
Calorie controlled cooking spray
5 spray(s), butter-flavour
Ground Cinnamon
½ teaspoon(s), level
Peach
4 medium, peeled, halved and stone removed
Instructions

Lightly coat griddle pan with cooking spray then heat to medium-high heat.

Sprinkle cinnamon evenly over cut sides of peaches. Spray each peach half with cooking spray.

Place peaches on griddle, cut side down. Cook until browned and slightly softened, about 5 minutes. (For best results, do not move the peaches; this will ensure the attractive grill marks and keep the peaches from sticking too.)

Turn peaches over and cook on other side for about 3 minutes more. Serve warm.
