Berry crush porridge
Simple, convenient and healthy, porridge is brilliant for breakfast.
0% fat natural Greek yogurt
- Microwave the porridge oats and 250ml water on high for 2½ minutes. Stir, then microwave again for another 1 minute, or until it’s at your desired consistency.
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl, lightly crush the blueberries and raspberries with a fork, then stir through the yogurt. Serve the porridge with the berries and yogurt spooned on top.
