Mist a pan with calorie controlled cooking spray and add 150g Quorn mince, 1 crushed garlic clove, a pinch of ground cumin and ground coriander, cook for 5-10 mins. Add 50g shredded red cabbage, 1 grated carrot, ½ 400g tin drained and rinsed haricot beans and 3 chopped spring onions, cover the pan and cook for a further 5 mins, stirring well. Spread 60g mashed avocado over 1 WW Wrap and add the mixture on top. Fold in the ends, then roll to enclose.
