Turkey breast, skinless, grilled

50 g, sliced

Dijon Mustard

½ teaspoons

Lemon Juice, Fresh

1 teaspoons, a squeeze

Tomato

1 large, sliced thinly

Lettuce

4 leaf/leaves

Salt

1 pinch, & freshly ground black pepper

Notes

Lightly toast the bread. Cook the bacon in calorie controlled cooking spray. Mix together the quark, mustard, lemon juice and a little seasoning to taste, adding more mustard or lemon if you like. Spread the quark mixture on 2 slices of the toast. Divide the turkey between the two slices, then the bacon, followed by the tomato and lettuce. Season again to taste. Top one with the other, and finish with the final slice of bread. Cut in half putting a cocktail stick through each half to hold it together.
