Sunday cookalong raspberry fluff

Dissolve 12g packet of jelly crystals in 280ml boiling water. Allow to cool but not set, then add 500g yogurt. Whisk with electric whisk. Decant into 4 glasses and leave to set in the fridge. Decorate with fresh raspberries to serve.
