Chicken breast, skinless, grilled

45 g, shredded


Cook the wholewheat noodles to pack instructions. Drain & rinse under running water. Mix the miso with 2 tbsp boiling water, stir in the sesame oil & a pinch of chilli flakes. Place the drained noodles into a bowl with the carrot, spring onions, red pepper & chicken. Pour the dressing over the top & toss to combine.
