First prepare the fruit. Halve the strawberries, if large; peel and chop the banana; peel and slice the kiwi fruit; peel, stone and slice the mango. Thread the fruit on to the bamboo sticks, alternating the pieces.To make the sauce, break the chocolate into pieces and put them in the saucepan with the cocoa powder, cornflour and milk. Heat gently, stirring constantly, until smooth and thickened.
