Chia & coconut Bircher muesli with blueberry compote

Ground Cinnamon

Agave Syrup

Plain Soya Yogurt with Coconut

Put the porridge oats, coconut drink, chia seeds, apple & ground cinnamon into a bowl & mix. Cover & chill overnight. Put the agave syrup, blueberries & lemon juice in a small pan. Cook & cover for 5 minutes over a medium heat, until softened. Spoon the muesli into bowls, then top with the blueberry compote & soya yogurt with coconut.
