This recipe for multigrain berry pancakes might be your new Sunday morning favorite. With zero sugar and only natural ingredients, Chobani® with Zero Sugar* makes these flapjacks perfectly fluffy and moist.


Chobani Zero Sugar Mixed Berry Flavor Nonfat Yogurt (5.3 oz pkg)

Whole wheat flour

Uncooked quick oats

  1. In a large bowl, whisk the flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk the milk, Chobani® with Zero Sugar,* and egg until well blended.
  3. Add the milk mixture to the flour mixture; stir until just combined.
  4. Coat a large nonstick griddle or nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat.
  5. Spoon ¼ cup of batter per pancake onto the griddle or skillet. Cook until bubbles form in the batter, about 3 to 4 minutes. Flip, and cook for 3-4 more minutes, or until bottoms are brown. Repeat with remaining batter to make 12 pancakes total.
  6. Top the pancakes with the fruit and a small dollop of Chobani® with Zero Sugar,* if using.
  7. Serving size: 3 pancakes
