Chobani Zero Sugar Mixed Berry Flavor Nonfat Yogurt (5.3 oz pkg)

2 single serve (5.3 oz) container(s), plus more for optional garnish (*Not a low calorie food)

Whole wheat flour

¾ cup(s)

Uncooked quick oats

¾ cup(s)

Baking powder

2 tsp

Baking soda

Skim nonfat milk (Vitamins A and D added)

Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk the flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In a medium bowl, whisk the milk, Chobani® with Zero Sugar,* and egg until well blended.

Add the milk mixture to the flour mixture; stir until just combined.

Coat a large nonstick griddle or nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat.

Spoon ¼ cup of batter per pancake onto the griddle or skillet. Cook until bubbles form in the batter, about 3 to 4 minutes. Flip, and cook for 3-4 more minutes, or until bottoms are brown. Repeat with remaining batter to make 12 pancakes total.

Top the pancakes with the fruit and a small dollop of Chobani® with Zero Sugar,* if using.
