Uncooked extra lean ground turkey breast

- 1. Position rack in center of oven and preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9-x-13-inch baking pan with nonstick spray; set aside.
- 2. Mix ground turkey, carrots, bread crumbs, egg whites, mustard, onion powder, garlic powder and salt in a large bowl until fairly smooth. Form into a 10-inch oblong loaf with a flat bottom. Set in baking pan.
- 3. Smear meat loaf with Worcestershire sauce and bake about 1 hour, until meat loaf is brown and an instant-read meat thermometer inserted into center of loaf registers 165F. Cool for 5 minutes in the pan before slicing into 8 even slices.
