Take a traditional Greek village salad and marry it with fresh basil leaves from Italy, and you'll get this dish. The tomato salad is a delicious option that you can bring to the office for a snack, or you can pair it with your lunch or dinner. Think matching it alongside chicken breasts, fish fillets, or steaks for a balance of freshness to your meal. To preserve the taste of the feta cheese, wait to sprinkle it on top until just before serving. To bulk it up, add sliced cucumbers, onions, and bell peppers. You'll get a fuller, heartier salad, and you'll add in all those heart-healthy veggies, too.
