Quick! Do you have a barbecue coming up that you completely forgot about? Need to make something delicious, quick, and easy—stat? This Super-Fast Barbecued Chicken recipe has got you covered! In just 15 minutes, you'll have enough servings for four. Plus, the ingredients used in this recipe are household staples for many, so you might have a lot of them laying around already. If you're really in a time crunch with not a second to cook the chicken, you can even buy poached, broiled, baked, or grilled skinless boneless chicken breasts in the prepared food section of supermarkets and in specialty food stores.

3 Tbsp

hoisin sauce

1 Tbsp

apple cider vinegar

1 Tbsp

2 tsp

low sodium soy sauce

2 tsp

roasted skinless boneless chicken breast

1 pound(s), 4 (1⁄4-pound) boneless

  1. Stir together all the ingredients except the chicken in a small bowl.
  2. Spray a nonstick ridged grill pan with nonstick spray and set over medium heat. Brush the sauce on both sides of the chicken. Place the chicken on the pan and cook just until nicely glazed and heated through, about 5 minutes on each side. Yields 1 chicken breast per serving.
