Ingredients

Ketchup

3 Tbsp

Hoisin sauce

1 Tbsp

Apple cider vinegar

1 Tbsp

Molasses

2 tsp

Less sodium soy sauce

2 tsp

Roasted skinless boneless chicken breast

1 pound(s), 4 (1⁄4-pound) boneless

Instructions

  1. Stir together all the ingredients except the chicken in a small bowl.
  2. Spray a nonstick ridged grill pan with nonstick spray and set over medium heat. Brush the sauce on both sides of the chicken. Place the chicken on the pan and cook just until nicely glazed and heated through, about 5 minutes on each side. Yields 1 chicken breast per serving.
