We love how overnight oats “cook” as you sleep, saving you time on busy mornings. Here, they get a protein boost from a scoop of strawberry protein powder. We double down on the berry goodness by stirring fresh berries in as well as serving some on top.

Ingredients

Plain unsweetened almond milk (vitamin and mineral fortified)

Strawberry whey protein powder

¼ cup(s)

Uncooked old fashioned rolled oats

½ cup(s)

Strawberries

¼ cup(s), chopped

Strawberries

¼ cup(s), sliced

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond milk and protein powder; stir in the oats and chopped strawberries. Cover and refrigerate overnight or until the oats are tender and the mixture is thick, at least 8 hours.
  2. Uncover and top with the sliced strawberries.
  3. Serving size: 1 ¼ cups
