You cannot get much more family-friendly than a juicy burger! These delicious burgers have lots of great flavor thanks to the inclusion of mustard in addition to the seasonings in the patty mixture. A hit of rich flavor and moisture, the dijon puts a more savory twist on the burger. Use cold hands and limit the time used to form the patties to keep the beef cold. This will help the patty stay moist and not so dense when grilling. If you love these burgers, cut the patty size in half and make sliders for your next football gathering or cookout.
