Ingredients

uncooked 93% lean ground beef

uncooked onion(s)

2 Tbsp, minced

Italian seasoning

¾ tsp

ground cumin

¼ tsp

black pepper

table salt

lettuce

8 leaf/leaves, large

fresh tomato(es)

1 medium, cut into 8 slices

uncooked onion(s)

½ medium, cut into 8 slices

Dijon mustard

1 Tbsp

reduced calorie hamburger roll(s)

Instructions

  1. Heat grill or grill pan. Combine beef, onion, mustard, Italian seasoning, cumin, pepper and salt until thoroughly mixed.
  2. Divide beef mixture into 4 equal portions and form patties.
  3. Place patties onto grill or grill pan; cook for 8 to 10 minutes, until desired degree of doneness, turning once.
  4. To assemble, place one patty on one half of each bun. Top each with 2 lettuce leaves, 2 tomato slices, 2 onion slices and other half of bun.
